A new home page and docs. The app itself moves to /app.

The app in this version
Changes
- Redesigned the home page. The app itself now opens at metronome.fm/app.
- Rebuilt the docs in the same design as the app.
- With the settings for a beat or track open, you can now switch to another beat or track.
- Fixed playback stopping after a few seconds on iPhone, and stuttering when you start and stop quickly.
- Removed the noise at the end of bass notes.
