Progressive mode
Raise the BPM a little at a time, at an interval you choose. Go from slow to full speed without stopping.
Start and target
Press FIXED / PROGRESSIVE between the − + buttons, or the P key. The ruler gets two needles, for the start and target BPM.

- Left − +: start BPM in steps of 1
- Right − +: target BPM in steps of 1
In progressive mode, the tempo presets become ranges such as 80-120.
How it goes up
In Progressive settings, set how much to add each time (+1 to +20 BPM) and how often. The interval can be bars (1–10), seconds (1–120) or minutes (1–10).
When it reaches the target, it plays one more interval at that BPM. Then, with Loop at max BPM on, it goes back to the start. With it off, it stays at the target.
